Almost every piece in this store is handmade by us - Sylvia and Daniel - in our Hamburg workshop using traditional craftsmanship methods. 

This is a labour-intensive process so please allow max. 14 days for us to make your order for you. Vintage trays, socks and posters ship directly.

Order process

After you placed your order you will get an e-mail from us with the future shipping date and tracking number. The shipping e-mail from FedEx or DHL does not indicate that an item was already shipped - it only provides the future tracking link. If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please check your spam folder.

Switzerland: 
Unfortunately we do not ship to Switzerland due to Swiss customs restrictions.

Returns / Exchange

You can return your order within 14 days. 

All products are returned at your own cost. 

You don't need to enclose a formal withdrawal - just return the goods.

We only accept intact and unworn pieces for a return. The item must be in the original condition with our complete packaging.

Customized products (individually engraved / stenciled / embroidered or a custom cap/patch combination or a jewelry piece in a custom size (which is not listed in the pull-down menu), unique items, limited editions can not be returned.

After receiving the item back we will issue a refund on the same day.

You will get the full price back you paid for the product including standard postage. Please notice that you will not get a refund of the return postage or customs fees, duties and taxes.

Please make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service / insured as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.

Please DO NOT send the jewelry in a simple envelope by mail - the sorting machines tear up letters with irregular shape. The jewelry must be send in a box.
