Visiting this abandoned jewelry manufactory was special. Sad that they had to close after being in business for 150 years because of high costs, falling prices and fading demand. The big presses and steel tools were used for embossing pendants, earrings and closures for necklaces. We are happy to got some of these historic tools for making new goods and jewelry in our workshop.
